Jay uses a cognitive-based approach to help clients replace negative thoughts with positive truth.
Jay is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and is a member of the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). He earned his Master’s in Counseling from Lincoln Christian University.
