Meet the Team

Our team of licensed therapists are here to guide you on your mental health journey. With a compassionate approach and a commitment to your well-being, we provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings, understand your challenges, and develop effective coping strategies in person or via telehealth. Whether you are seeking grief therapy, marriage counseling, or individual counseling, your therapy will be grounded in the principles of God’s Word and the examples of Jesus.

Truth In Love Christian counselors approach your issues holistically with the understanding that you have interconnected physical, social, cognitive, and spiritual needs. The biblical understanding of these needs allows your counselor to guide you on how to apply principles to your unique situation by combining your faith with the principles of psychology to improve your mental health and relationships. Therapies can include the use of prayer, scripture, and biblical teachings to help you deal with what is challenging you or your relationships.

“The counseling sessions I underwent played a significant role during a challenging phase of my life. Never before have I felt more at peace with my life and self than I do since those therapeutic encounters.
